Christmas

I know that christmas isnt for a while yet, but its our last graded blog so i thought that i would write a blog about christmas so i can wish everyone a wonderful holiday season. Me and my boyfriend put our ugly little tree up last weekend lol even though we wont be in lacrosse for christmas we still think everyone should have a tree in their house.
So now that are house is all decorated and stuff we dont have anything else to do before christmas beside work. I work at toys r us and im poor so i probably wont be getting anyone gifts this year, but i know my family doesnt expect anything from me because i dont have enough money. But im not expecting anything from my family either, I dont really want anything ever, i just like watching everyone open up their gifts..i know im weird. But i just like seeing people happy. But thats just me...

Thanksgiving

I cant wait for thanksgiving this year...since im out of the house, and on my own its going to be great to go back to tomah and see all of my family at once, AND eat real food! its going to be a great time. I have a crazy family, we're all so happy and spazzy (i dont know if thats a word) but i love my family so much, and we always seem to have a good time! I also cant wait to put my christmas tree up in mine and my boyfriends apartment. Its fake so it wont make a mess, but we're putting it up the day after thanksgiving and its going to look so cute :) thats really all i have to write about...sooo happy thanksgiving everyone!

No more braces

Yesterday was a GREAT day for me. I've been waiting for this day for 1 year and 3 months. I didn't think that it would come this soon, since I was suppose to wait 2 years! buuut yesterday the day finally came! I got my braces off!! Its soooo weird..i look different but i dont at the same time ya know? I just havent seen my entire teeth for over a year haha It's so exciting and I just had to blog about it, since i prolly wouldnt have anything else to write about anyways. I can finally go to a party now and not get called "brace face" or have somebody tell me that i look like im 12, which happens alot actually and its really rude...I cant help that i was 18 and had braces...atleast i have nice teeth now :D they're all just jealous ha and most of them are guys, so obviously they dont have any game at all, cuz how the heck are you gonna pick up a chick telling them they look 12? Weirdo! ugh ha I had to get that out cuz it bugs the hell outta me! But what can ya do?? Well i think thats all im gonna write today cuz i dont know what else to say, and i gotta go to class :) peace out

Halloween

Ugh so I really didn't want to write about halloween as one of my blogs, because i'm sure a lot of people will be doing the same...but since i dont have anything else to write about and its my FAVORITE holiday...i thought what the hey...i'll write about it.

So im really excited about halloween because all of my friends from tomah are coming up and we're all gonna be dressed up and we're gonna hit up some parties! My friend from my speech class invited me to her halloween party and one of my friends from tomah who lives in lacrosse is having a party also, so it should be a really good night.

I really wanted to go to madison since it is my first year in college i thought it would be a great idea. But really there are so many problems with going to madison..
1.) A long f-ing drive from lacrosse
2.)Have fun trying to find a place to sleep that lives semi decentely close to main st.
3.) its 7.50 to get a ticket this year
4.) its gonna be freeeeezing and my costume doesnt involve alot of material

And i really cant think of any more but so far i've heard that alot of people are just staying in lacrosse...Obviously there will be alot to do here, but it will be alot of walking from house to house..but i think it will be worth it in the end

still jobless

So i've been living in lacrosse since august and i still have yet to get a job...i've been trying, but i havent gotten one and it sucks. I've applied at like 5 or 6 different places, i've had 2 interviews and didn't get either of them!!! If anyone in this class has a job and they're hiring there you should let me know haha because i have to pay rent the next two months because my boyfriend payed rent the last time and blah blah blah...so it would be awesome if you guys could help me out...i'm not too picky, but I won't work with food lol that's the only thing. I love fast food and if i work with it I won't want to eat it lol help me :(

not sure what to write about

so this was due on thursday, but of course my internet didnt work...so im writing now... Im really bored, and im waiting for my sister to get to my house. shes 21 so shes at the bar, then her and our friends are gonna come over, and we're going to play wii..cuz we have nothing else to do. we'll prolly end up going over across the street to our friends house and play some pong. so that should be fun i guess...im not the best, but i think i do pretty good lol hopefully it turns out well!! wish me luck :)

Another Week

So I'm not really too sure what to write about this week...not much has happened. I just came back home to my apartment from seeing Barack Obama. I thought it was pretty exciting. This is my first year to vote so I'm trying to keep up with whats been going on in the debates. I believe that everyone should vote if they can. But I'm not too sure if I want to get into this right now..maybe i'll post another blog later.
So this last weekend was the start of oktoberfest and let me tell you I couldn't believe all of the parties going on! I think that oktoberfest is really fun, and its my first year celebrating it. Also this last weekend was cranfest in warrens. This is where I come from. So I made my way back home to see all of my family and to go craft shopping with my grandma (yes, haha my grandma) But thats what cranfest is all about. Its about food, crafts, parades, and tours. People actually pay to go on tours of cranberry marshes. I grew up around them so they really dont interest me much but I suppose it would for some people.
All I know is that I can't wait for another exciting weekend of celebrating oktoberfest, and I'm really excited I got to see Barack Obama!

My Best Friend Wyatt

Me and my little brother Wyatt 2 years ago

So i'm not too sure what to write about so i'm just going to write whatever comes to mind. Lately I've been having a really hard time trying to realize that I'm on my own. I have my own apartment (with my boyfriend of over 2 years), my own bills, and problems that I have to deal with on my own. I'm only 18 and I feel like I'm 30. It's crazy to think that I'm not at home with my mom, step dad, and my little brother, Wyatt, who is only seven years old. There's times when I sit in my own living room and just break down into tears wondering what my little brothers doing without me. This 7 year old kid is my best friend...I know..he's only 7, but when you talk to a 7 year old they listen to what you have to say. And suprisingly my little brother cares. I miss the times when I'm sad and I need somebody to talk to and my little brother would come into my room and just hold me and rub my head...its the cutest most sweetest thing ever! I could go on and on about how my little brother is the best thing that has ever happened to me, but i need to get some sleep..good night

The One Thing I Will Miss From High School

Yes, I will miss all of my friends...But there was one thing that actually kept me going in high school and that was cheerleading. Up until now I had been a cheerleader since I was in the 8th grade. My senior year as a cheerleader I became captain of the football cheer squad, and the competition cheer squad. I worked really hard to achieve this dream that many young cheerleaders hope to get, and I wouldn't have traded it for anything. Being a captain was like being a big sister to all of the cheerleaders. They came to me for advice on how their jumps looked, what stunts they needed help with, and other things that didn't necessarily apply to cheerleading. Being captain though wasn't the only highlight of my cheerleading career. I also grew with alot of these girls and we all got to work hard as a team to help eachother out and make eachother better cheerleaders. By the end of my cheerleading career I tore legimates in my elbow, my ankle (twice), and rolled that same ankle, but I guess it's all worth it...

Things that I love to do in the summer

In the summer there are many things that i love to do. But the main thing that i like to do is hang out with my friends. I love our cook outs on the beach to start the summer, but am sad when we do the cook outs on the beach for the end the summer. Hanging on the beach all day is one of the greatest things ever. It's so peaceful and fun when you're with your friends. Another thing i love to do during the summer is going camping. Camping every summer with my family is awesome! We always go to the same place, have the same campsite, and we get to see our entire family! It's just one big family reunion. But once August is done and September starts to roll around it gets pretty cold outside and that means summer's done. But with all of these things to look back on I think about how wonderful summer is, and I can't wait for next year!
